This
most attractive and pleasant course is situated on the edge of Little
Chalfont and well placed for access to the M25. It was created
around 1980 and lies within the green belt and an area
of outstanding natural beauty within the Chiltern District planning
area of Buckinghamshire.
The main course, clubhouse and car parking, coloured green on
the sketch plan, is about 35 acres and is in the freehold ownership of
our client.
There is an area of land directly opposite the entrance
