Proposed Plans

PLANNING NOTES - Architects & Planning Consultants STARR KILLOCH ADAMS who obtained planning consent for the extension and conversion have given brief preliminary consideration to the potential of this property being demolished and replaced and they have commented as below.

"Edgewood is situated within the Green Belt and is surrounded to the West, North and East by an area of attractive landscape as designated by the Local Planning Authority and, as such, it is a sensitive location in planning terms.

Whilst the outcome of a Planning Application for a new replacement property on the site of Edgewood cannot be guaranteed, it may be possible to achieve Planning Permission for a new chalet style house on 2 floors either in the same location or moved slightly forward on the site in order to allow better garden space to the rear of the property".

Please feel free to contact Starr Killoch Adams if you wish to discuss the matter further.
